Good Kettlebell DVDs

Finding good Kettlebell DVDs should be easy enough. I’ve talked about various ones here enough to have a whole category dedicated to them. I also have a pretty good idea of what the most popular ones are now, and I’ve made this post as a mini catalogue.

A good exercise DVD will either have a very specific difficulty level, or will have different settings on the DVD to let you adjust it to your level (especially useful if your level is increasing as time goes by). You don’t want to choose one that is “suitable for all” or is too generic, as you might find it just doesn’t get the kick you were after.

You can always check Amazon or YouTube if you want to find easy generic exercise DVDs without spending a lot of money.

On that note, here are some of the most popular DVDs on the market right now.

Good Kettlebell DVDs For Beginners

Absolute Beginners:

A nicely priced DVD that is very highly regarded both on Amazon and on this site. If you are new to Kettlebells and aren’t entirely sure how you want to go about using them, give this DVD a try. It’s a great introduction.

Kettlebell Kickboxing:

Read my full review here to learn more. This is not only a great DVD for beginners, but a great DVD all round. Cheaper than its competitors and more effective too, it will have you fit, losing weight, toning up, and feeling sexy in no time.

Good Kettlebell DVDs To Use Again And Again

I’ve put this section in because I don’t think it gets covered a lot anywhere. It’s all well and good buying intense workout programs that deliver one off results or a single purpose exercise, but what you should really be looking at is something that you can return to again and again. The above mentioned Kettlebell Kickboxing is one such example, and the other is Brazil Butt Lift.

Brazil Butt Lift has so many different exercises and is such a dynamic DVD set that you will find yourself returning to it constantly. It is a great workout and incredibly good fun as well.

For The More Advanced

If you have been into Kettlebells for a while and are looking to really step things up, you have a few great options too. Again a couple of the above mentioned DVDs will serve your purpose nicely, but in addition I would recommend the following:

Shred It With Weights

It doesn’t just focus on Kettlebells, but for the price you pay for it that is fine. A very cheap and great value purchase.

 So Which One?

Perhaps offering you so many options has made you confused and unsure which is the best purchase for you. Sorry about that! I didn’t want to appear too narrow or biased.

If I had to choose one overall favorite, Kettlebell Kickboxing is the clear winner for me, from both personal experience and popularity among users of this site. I find it is also a very competitive price too. It is also appropriate for everybody who reads this post.

The runner up would be Absolute Beginner’s because it is great quality, a very reasonable price, and a good first DVD.
