Here at Kettlebell Exercises For Women we love all things kettlebells. That might not be surprising but why do we love them so much?

Kettlebells have such a wide range of uses and can be used for resistance training and cardio training alike. Whether you like a crossfit approach to your exercise regime or prefer to load it heavy and push hard – we will have an exercise for you.

We are adding more and more exercises over time and for now everything is free.

All we ask is that you keep coming back and let us know what you love and the new things you’d like to see.

We ocassionally promote products that might pay us a comission but we never promote anything we don’t believe in and you will never pay more by using our links.

WHY KETTLEBELLS?

Kettlebells are one of the most versatile training tools and can perform many of the functions of a dumbbell but can also go further. Thanks to the design they can be lifted, pushed, pulled, swung, carried and more.

They are of course available in a range of sizes and you can even buy adjustable kettlebells that can be easily stored and are very cost effective.

We are not saying that adjustable kettlebells alone are all you need in your training, but you can enjoy a full body workout with them and can perform squats, presses, lunges, bicep curls and more with them.

Put quite simply, we love them.
