Kettlebell DVD For Women – Get Your Body Working
If you are a woman and you own some Kettlebells, you NEED to read this. In fact, even if you don’t own Kettlebells you should read it, and then you should go and read up more about the benefits of kettlebells for women.
Kettlebells are by far the best exercising tool. Dumbbells cannot compete with them at all, so if you DO own some of these lovely bells, then there is only one thing missing. A great DVD.
I myself have only found one Kettlebell DVD that I think is particularly good, but that is because it appeals to my exercise tastes and styles. I like to use sport to exercise as much as possible, to add the level of fun and motivation to my routines. I’ve never been a fan of the gym, even though I know they are a great benefit to some, I can never seem to get much out of a gym membership!
Kettlebell DVD For Women
Even if I’m not doing sport, I will try to go jogging or cycling or anything that will get me an element of fun to go with the exercise. I can’t handle the monotony of a running machine or similar workout styles, but that means I often neglect certain muscles and end up looking for more “full-on” workout routines.
So, where did this lead me?
I’ll tell you where it lead me. Kettlebell Kickboxing. A Kettlebell DVD tailored specifically for women.
Seems like something that would do well on this site no?
Originally a workout class in New York City, it has been released internationally onto DVD, and is selling like hot-cakes. Or in this case, selling like hot abs.
So why is it doing so well? I have actually written a longer review page, but I want to give you a few highlights now.
What appeals to me about this DVD is the accessibility.
It’s not particularly difficult to pick up (as long as you have some Kettlebells, or even dumbbells) and there are different exercises for different skill levels.
You can choose your ability (Beginner is a good starting point for most!) and just work on that variation until you want to move up.
I am also very keen on being able to exercise at home, at my own pace, and with some privacy. I am not particularly gifted in the body department and always feel embarrassed doing “Workout” exercises with others.

This means that Dasha Lipin’s DVD will appeal to other people besides me.

This is all that I could think of off the top of my head but I’m sure there are more! I remember seeing a video on their website where different people, runners, models, people wanting to lose weight, all sorts of different women who were raving about how great it was (the link is available just below).
