Brazil Butt Lift Reviews – Are They All True?
It’s not difficult to find glowing Brazil Butt Lift reviews all over the Internet, but the question is, are they all accurate? Many times when it comes to a product where the reviewer has a vested interest, you are going to be dealing with a lot of hype and hot air.
With this particular exercise, that is not the case. It’s the real deal.
What Is Brazil Butt Lift?
If you are looking to “get supermodel sexy in 60 days” then your ears will probably be pricking up right now. It gets better.
Leandro Carvhalho, creator of this DVD series, uses a “TriAngle” approach to your workout.
He takes you through Brazilian dancing, cardio exercises, and body sculpting training. Three DVDs all with a different “angle” to the same focus, shaping your body (and butt in particular) to that of a supermodel.
Each routine works on the three muscles of the butt (as seen below) and aims to get them in perfect shape for that summer body. Despite the name “Butt Lift” though, this is more of a total body exercise than you’d expect.
What Do Other Brazil Butt Lift Reviews Say?
Whether reviewed by amateur bloggers or full-on fitness sites, the general verdict is that Brazil Butt Lift is a killer workout. If you want that sexy butt, you still have time to get it, as it only takes 60 days. However, it seems that you can notice the effects a lot faster than that.
One thing I have not managed to find, is a complaint or issue with this workout. It’s fun, it’s effective, it’s sexy.

Pros:
Definitely Gets Results: The sheer number of testimonials and before/after pictures of transformed butts speaks for this.
An awesomely enjoyable routine: Combining dance with cardio exercises and more body sculpting workouts means it is an enjoyable routine presented by a charismatic and energetic trainer. There shouldn’t be too much monotony or strain.
Only takes 60 days: Transform your body in 60 days? Not bad at all!
Cons:
Requires a lot of energy to perform: If you are particularly overweight, you might struggle at the beginning. Lots of high energy dancing.
Very Intense: Not for beginners. (Beginner’s should try this instead)
Conclusion:
Brazil Butt Lift is truly a killer workout with countless testimonials and sexy, achievable results. If you are looking for something less intense than P90X or Insanity, this could well be the workout program for you.
It does not make my number 1 for best kettlebell exercise (Kettlebell Kickboxing still wins that), but it is an excellent exercise that many people will enjoy and get great results with. In the end, that’s all that matters. Additionally, check out some of our other workout program reviews here.
